Job Summary
Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs within an assigned region or assigned account.
Job Duties

• Responsible for selling products, fielding questions and resolving customer complaints
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts
• Give sales presentations, submit orders and submit activity and results reports to superiors
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

• Perform work with a high degree of latitude
• Handle the most complex issues
• Possess expert knowledge of subject matter
• Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
• Typically require a bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience
